ProFund Real Estate works more than just the transaction. Ryan and Tracie stay “trendy” in the most literal sense by watching bond markets, interest rates, changes in real estate law, foreclosure and inventory projections. They study lender programs, government activity, and buyer/seller behavior through recent (and long-term when needed) history. ProFund Real Estate understands that all of this information is critical to their clients, whether it is to negotiate the best price, to focus on a particular market or to time an offer. With knowledge comes opportunities and solutions.
Technology in Action
Most real estate agents spend 80% of their time soliciting business, which does not leave quality time to properly represent clients. At ProFund Real Estate, Ryan and Tracie have chosen to utilize interactive technology to automate their marketing and client follow up. Because their systems are working for them 24 hours per day, they have time to dedicate their focus and energy on valued clients needs, stay on top of changing trends and study the real estate inventory. Technology allows the ProFund Real Estate team to be efficient and effective. What does this mean? Ryan and Tracie are leaders in an industry that is historically slow to evolve. Their unique marketing techniques target tens of thousands of online clients, using specialized software to search and present opportunities quickly. The ProFund Real Estate website alone has MLS search and featured properties, Mobile Cell GPS search, Facebook, LinkedIn, and blog links for buyers to find properties and stay informed on the market as well as for sellers to know that their property is receiving maximum exposure.
Ryan and Tracie understand social networking, online advertising, analytics and the stengths they these portals bring to their business. Though Ryan and Tracie target broadly, they always qualify at the appropriate depth.
Clients
Who chooses to work with ProFund Real Estate? Ryan and Tracie work with clients who understand valued advice and market knowledge, not clients who are just looking for a sign in the front yard or a guided tour of San Diego County. Buying or selling a home involves more than just writing a contract. Ryan and Tracie work with clients who understand this and appreciate their advice on strategies, tax implications, income growth and solid financial planning. ProFund Real Estate clients want exceptional Realtors who are available, systematic, thorough, and who provide honest and realistic feedback, projections and expectations. Reality and honest are always the best place to conduct business.
There are many licensed agents in San Diego County who all have access to the same MLS information. Finding a property is easy. Navigating, negotiating and structuring deals that prepare their clients for lifelong financial benefit are what Ryan and Tracie do every day. Buying and/or selling a home can be the biggest transaction a family will make. Ryan and Tracie want their clients to know and feel that they are making the best choices for their family.
An Enviable Track Record
For more than four years, in a heady mix of economies, ProFund Real Estate has consistently handled more than $20 million in transactions per year. Some agents in San Diego trumpet 25 years (or more) of experience. While ProFund Real Estate applauds this longevity, many “experienced” real estate professionals do not change as the market changes. In the last six months alone, the market has presented the real estate industry with challenges of a magnitude never seen before. Ryan and Tracie‟s success in this changing times has given their clients an edge that they continue to benefit from, appreciate and enjoy.

Part 1. Where would you like to live?
1. On a map, locate where you work. If more than one family member commutes each day, you may wish to consider all workplaces.
2. Decide how far you are willing to commute each day.
3. Locate areas on the map that fall within what you consider a “reasonable commute”.
4. If you plan to use public transportation, obtain routes and schedules. Identify neighborhoods that are accessible to public transportation.
Always keep in mind that the Fair Housing Laws guarantee equal access to housing for all home seekers without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, family status, or disability. Don’t put limitations on yourself. Seek housing in any area you can afford
